MaintScape staff records represent individuals who belong to your company or organization. MaintScape can track many activities for an individual set up with a staff record, including:

  • The individual can be assigned role "craftsman", which permits them to be assigned to work orders.
  • The individual can be recorded as requesting work and/or requesting a purchase.
  • Parts can be issued to the individual.
  • The individual can be recorded as buyer for specific parts, and/or a buyer on a PO.
  • The individual can be set up as a MaintScape user with their own user ID and password.
  • An audit of what the individual has done when logged on as a MaintScape user.
