Preventive maintenance can be schedules by calendar (e.g. every 1 week, 2 months, etc.) or by meter (e.g. every 200 hours, 3000 miles, etc.).

The "Status" tab page of search criteria lets you search for work orders by any combination of status values.

For example, the search criteria specified in the sample screen print is: "show me work orders with status Deferred, Pending Approval, Planned, or Scheduled.".
