The "Main - 4" tab page of search criteria lets you search for work orders by:

• How the work order was created. For example, was the work order created manually, from a maintenance schedule, from a service request, or from a predictive maintenance trigger.
• Site. This criteria is only available when the multi-site optional module is enabled.
• Who requested the work order.
• Failure reason code.
• Correspondence to a particular maintenance schedule.

For example, the search criteria specified in the sample screen print is: "show me manually created work orders with failure code 'Bearings too worn'".
