The "Main - 3" tab page of search criteria lets you search for work orders by:

  • Parts used. For example, "show me work orders that use part 'abc'".
  • Downtime projected or recorded.
  • Text within a number of textual work order fields. For example: failure description, task description, task summary.
  • Whether the work order is associated with a service request.

For example, the search criteria specified in the sample screen print is: "show me work orders with the word 'Flood' in its failure description field".
