The "Labor" tab page of search criteria lets you search for work orders by labor related fields, including:

  • Whether the work order is assigned to staff, an external contractor, or is unassigned.
  • Trade required by the work order. For example: mechanic, electrician, etc.
  • Particular craftsman or external contractor assigned to the work order. For example, "show me work orders assigned to craftsman 'John Blake'.".
  • Date range for actual labor hours. For example, "show me work orders with labor hours within last month".
  • Date range for scheduled labor hours. For example, "show me work orders with scheduled hours within the next week".

For example, the search criteria specified in the sample screen print is: "show me work orders assigned to John Blake with actual labor hours in January, 2008.".
