Any individual within your organization can use this web page to submit a service request to the maintenance department.
The maintenance department will then view and process the service request using the main MaintScape program.
The individual submitting the request can enter free-text descriptions in fields such as "equipment" rather than a valid ID.
This makes it very easy for users to submit service requests into MaintScape.
The maintenance department user reviewing the service request will subsequently identify the specific equipment by specifying its valid ID.
