The printed work order is usually handed out to craftsmen to tell them what work they have to do and how it should be done.
It contains a bar code that works with the MaintScape bar coding optional module.
It also contains empty space for recording labor hours and notes.

MaintScape "list" reports are mostly used to print records found by a general MaintScape query.

This is a "list" report similar to the one described above, however it shows more information by using more than one printed line per record.

This report shows scheduled work hours broken out by who should do the work.
Work assigned to craftsmen are broken out by the craftsmen, unassigned work is broken out by required trade, and contractor work is broken out by contractor.

This report shows active work orders by due date within location.
It lets you see how active work is distributed across your facility.
MaintScape locations are organized into hierarchies of arbitrary depth - notice that totaling is done at the location level, and at the location-and-all-sublocations level.

This report shows actual work hours and cost broken out by who did the work.

This concise summary report shows total work hours by craftsman, contractor, and trade by week for a 5 week period.

This report summarizes work order costs by equipment or location maintained (i.e. the work order "subject").

It contains one detail line per work order, grouped and totaled by equipment.
A larger "Maintenance History Detail" report shows full work order history detail, including work done, and labor and parts information.

This mean-time-to-failure graphical report compares time to failure for different types of equipment.
It is useful for evaluating and comparing reliability of equipment.

Many work order reports show equipment maintenance costs computed from work order costs.
Equipment cost reports incorporate work order costs as well as parts direct-issue costs (parts issued to equipment outside of work orders).
Equipment cost reports also shows equipment that have no costs for the reporting period.

MaintScape records all parts movements using permanent and auditable transactions.
For examples: parts issued to work order, parts issued directly to equipment, parts received, parts returned, count adjustments, etc.

This report is used to review maintenance schedules on an equipment by equipment basis.
You can see nesting relationships between schedules (e.g. skip the monthly maintenance when the quarterly is due), date the maintenance was last done, and the date the maintenance is next due.

These reports are technical in nature and are particularly useful when building custom reports on MaintScape data with tools such as Microsoft Access, Crystal Reports.
