The sample screen print shows the following types of matchings:

The request for parts "Diaphragm 3" and "Part 11" are met in full by items on purchase order 12.
Matched PO items are easily created from PR items by a click of a button (i.e. you can order directly from the PR).

The full requested quantity of part "Tubing 1/2..." was received directly by a single receipt inventory transaction (bypassing the use of a purchase order).
Matched receipts/returns are easily created from PR items by a click of a button (i.e. you can receive directly from the PR).
