The upper list in the sample screen prints shows the purchase requisition items that match to this PO's items.
In other words, it shows the purchase requisitions that are the basis for this purchase order.
For example, in the sample screen print, parts "Part 11" and "Diaphragm 3" were requisitioned on purchase requisition 8.
The lower list in the sample screen print shows receipt and return inventory transactions that match to this purchase order. For example, in the sample screen print, all 16 ordered units of part "Part 11" have been received by a single receipt. Matched receipts/returns are easily created from PO items by a click of a button (i.e. you can receive directly from the PO).
