Purchase Orders
The MaintScape calibration work order type supports "as found" and "as left" conditions for operability and in-tolerance, and recording of calibration instruments and their readings. Forward/reverse traceability reports and calibration certificates are also supported.

The secondary main tab page lets you set the taxes that apply to the purchase order items. Taxation options are:

  • Standard tax rate: you must then choose which pre-set tax rate applies.
  • Custom tax rate: you must then enter a percentage tax rate.
  • Custom tax amount: use this option to enter a tax dollar amount calculated outside of MaintScape.
