MaintScape

We are pleased to present a great deal of detail about MaintScape in this section of our web site. We have not provided just a few glimpses - you can review MaintScape in considerable detail from our web site alone.

This product description section of our web site describes core modules that come with every MaintScape license and optional modules that can be requested at any time. It also provides technical information which you may wish to know.

Screen prints are liberally shown on web pages describing MaintScape. Most of our screens make large amounts of information manageable by using tab pages. For example, in the main menu screen below, tab pages are labeled "Menu", "Recent", "Bookmarks", etc. In most cases, you can click on the tabs on our web pages to see the content of the tab pages - just as you would if you were running MaintScape. For example, try clicking on tab "Recent" in the screen print below, then click back on tab "Main". Documentation accompanying the screen print changes to reflect the selected tab page as well.

Thank you for your interest in MaintScape, and enjoy your tour!

The "Bookmark" list is a list of items you choose to save from the "Recent" tab page (items on the "Recent" tab page fall off as they become no longer recent). You can view any of these bookmarked MaintScape items by double-clicking the row. This is a handy way to remember MaintScape items that you are interested in.

For example, the bookmarked items include 2 work orders, 1 equipment record, and 1 purchase order. MaintScape will display any of these records in the correct window if you double-click on them. Notice that a "work order search" query is also bookmarked. If you double-click on this row, MaintScape will run the query displaying an up-to-date list of matching work order records.

Items remain on the "Bookmark" list until you remove them. Please note that MaintScape's unique Collection technology are an even more powerful way to remember MaintScape items.
