MaintScape has approximately 180 built-in reports. Report results can be exported to external files such as Microsoft Excel. You can create custom reports against the MaintScape database using any major reporting tool such as Microsoft Access or Crystal Reports. The MaintScape database structure is fully documented to help you write such reports.

New Maintenance Scheduling Module

Preliminary documentation for the new maintenance schedule module released with MaintScape Build 124. Non-preliminary documentation will be part of the new MaintScape documentation set which is a work in progress.

Parts Purchasing Process Documentation Describes full parts life cycle process from re-order inquiries through purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, returns and invoicing. Both the parts inventory control and parts purchasing modules are required to support all described functionality, however this document is useful if you have only one of these modules.
Multi-Site Module Documentation The MaintScape multi-site optional module lets separate locations (such as plants) within your company or organization share the same MaintScape database.

MaintScape Training Course

This is the tutorial used in the MaintScape training course.

The MaintScape tutorial may be used to self-teach, however the traditional MaintScape training course provides supplemental instruction to support this material. This document is useful for a new MaintScape user who is not able to attend a course, or an experienced MaintScape user who wishes to be sure he or she is well grounded on MaintScape core material.
