New Maintenance Scheduling Module - Preliminary Documentation	Preliminary documentation for the new maintenance schedule module released with MaintScape Build 124. Non-preliminary documentation will be part of the new MaintScape documentation set which is a work in progress.
Parts Purchasing Process Documentation	Describes full parts life cycle process from re-order inquiries through purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, returns and invoicing. Both the parts inventory control and parts purchasing modules required to support all described functionality, however this document is useful if you have only one of these modules.
Multi-Site Module Documentation	The MaintScape multi-site module supports MaintScape usage by multiple Sites in different geographic locations.
Predictive Maintenance Batch Import File	This document describes predictive maintenance module support for importing measurements and readings into MaintScape which can then trigger work orders based on configured triggering conditions.

Database Backup and Recovery	This document is a must-read for MaintScape customers to ensure their data is well protected.
MaintScape Installation Instructions	Detailed instructions for installing and deploying MaintScape. Important: be sure to install MaintScape using the instructions document version shipped with your software. Appendices to this document provide valuable information on troubleshooting and client/server communication issues.
MaintScape Upgrade Instructions	Detailed instructions for upgrading MaintScape to a newer release. Important: be sure to upgrade MaintScape using the instructions document version shipped with your software.
Connecting to the MaintScape Database using Microsoft Access	You can create custom reports by connecting a third party reporting tool to the MaintScape database. Connections are made using ODBC which is supported by all major reporting tools. This document describes how to make the connection using Microsoft Access. You need to understand the MaintScape database structure in order to create effective custom reports. Full database structure documentation is accessed within MaintScape itself by clicking the "Inquiry and Reports" main menu icon, then selecting option "Database Structure Reports".
