The MaintScape window below displays the service request submitted from the above web page. Maintenance personnel use this window to review, change, accept or reject the service request as well as to convert it to a work order.

- Within a web page available on the company intranet.
- Directly within a MaintScape window.
- Process e-mail message received from requestor.
- Maintenance department approves or rejects service request.
- Non-maintenance personnel do not need to know equipment or location codes.
