Our experience with MaintScape in Cumming and Gainesville has been very positive. It has been easy to pick up the navigation, and the ability to download information to Excel files has been useful. Response to requests for support has been prompt, and the use of web meetings has been useful to resolve issues.

I was a little bit skeptical at first, going from a larger software company to a seemingly smaller one, but the support benefits have definitely put me at ease. They have fulfilled each need, and work closely with me to make sure I understand the change so the information needed can be gathered in a report. By using the GoToMeeting web meeting service, I am able to move forward and understand hands on what MaintScape has to offer. GrandRavine Software will send a patch if a problem has a quick fix. Otherwise the fix or enhancement comes out soon in a new release. Once the new release is out, GrandRavine Software follows up to make sure I'm aware of the fix and then helps me to understand exact changes made to give me the reporting information requested.
